*** All Power of Attorneys'
should include the full
names of applicant and
recipient (First and Last
name), Father's name,
Mother's name, Date of
Birth, Registry place and
number in Lebanon (مكان
و رقم قيد النفوس).
*** Any Power of Attorney
received by mail without the
above mentioned information,
will be returned to the
sender.
*** Kindly, include a copy
of a recent ID of both
applicant and recipient.
Lebanese applicants must
include a recent Lebanese
photo I.D. ( i.e. individual
Ikhraj Kaid, passport or the
plastic I.D.). Family Ikhraj
Kaid is not an acceptable
document. Non-Lebanese
applicants must include
their passports.
*** All Power
of Attorneys received by
mail (Special and General)
composed of more than one
page MUST include the
signature signature of the
applicant and the seal and
sign of Notary Public on
each and every page of Power
of Attorney.
