Legalization of Commercial Documents
Requirements:
Step1: Commercial document must be notarized by the Notary Public
Note: the following statement must be included on the same page as the signature of the applicant and the two witnesses: “Before me personally appeared Mr./Ms./Mrs……and signed the above document, this day …/…/…The signature and seal of the Notary Public, and the expiration date of commission must also be present.)
Step 2: Authenticated by the Secretary of State
Step 3: A letter from the company stating that the person who signed is authorized to sign on the company’s behalf.
A money order/cashier check in the amount of $225 per document, payable to the Embassy of Lebanon)
A photocopy of the original authenticated document
Stamped, self-addressed envelope (USPS or FedEx ONLY)

Step 2: Authenticated by the Secretary of State
Step 3: Authenticated by Department of State in Washington, DC

One Copy of Lebanese/US I.D.
One copy of student I.D plus phone number of student
